January 21: During the service, we will have a short round table discussion (20 minutes) to talk about where we each would like to see UGC in 7 years, and in 4 years. How do you envision our community? Where would you like to see our growth? People? Classes? Activities? Outreach? etc.
February 4: After the regular service, we will have round table discussions (about 45 minutes) with lunch served to each table. Each table will be given parts of the application that the Search Team needs our help with. We want to make sure that each person's voice is heard. So, be sure to stay after the service and help select the attributes you are looking for in or new minister.
February 11: After the regular service, we will continue a vision of what type of minister will meet the needs that we identified in the previous 3 meetings. Each table will be given a summary of the information collected on January 7 and 21 and February 4th. We will summarize this info together and start creating a plan. Lunch will be provided again and the meeting will be about 45 minutes long.
